Some of you may now me from my previous blog, Pages of Starlight, and some of you may have just found me. Either way (new guests or returning visitors) welcome.

I am actually super excited to share with you my new blog. I was on an extended hiatus for much of the year and then certain things happened (blogger got really persnickety and photobucket demanded money for 3rd party hosting) that encouraged me to make my move to wordpress sooner than I planned.

Because this actually was planned. Shocking, I know. To learn more about me, click on the – what else? – ‘about’ link at the top of the page.

Moving Forward

I’m planning for this to be a very relaxed blog. There most assuredly won’t be posts every day. In fact, I think I’ll be going very good if I manage three posts a week.

My tentative schedule looks something like this:

Monday – No Blog Posts

Tuesday – Top Ten Tuesday

Wednesday – Review/Discussion (reviews, mostly)

Thursday – Diversity Spotlight

Friday – No Blog Posts

Saturday & Sunday – No Blog Posts

I do plan on keeping my monthly wrap-ups and my post on which books coming out this month I’m interested in, but I will most likely be scrapping my TBR lists because I’ve found I don’t do well with them at all.

Beyond all that, I’m just hoping to give myself enough time to truly relax with this – because I think that was my biggest issue with blogging before, when it started to feel like a chore instead of something that excited me. (And trying to read three or four books a week was really draining me, I think.)

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy your time here and I do hope you return!
